As much as I like Anakin, my favorite is by far Dooku vs. Yoda. Not exactly the best duel. I like it so much because I remember how excited I was to see Yoda fight for the first time.

i have 2 say my favorite was the whole fight between darth maul against obi wan and qui gon jin.just cause i like darth maul alot.  |

The first moment you saw maul pull back his hood, revealing that awesome Spikey head, taking out his lightsaber, and utterly laying waste to Obi and Qui
Or Yoda vs Sidious, the battle of heroes, or the moment when Luke is like
"He told me enough, he told me you killed him."
Then Vader goes:
"No, I am your father."

| I always really enjoy the fight between Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi just for the simple fact that it was the first ever Star Wars lightsabre fight i mean the fight is just so classic. Two of the most wise force users in the whole Saga having a slow but great fight still. That has got to be my favourite scene i am a person who likes slow but classic stuff in star wars i am not the type that likes to fights that are to fastly paced. |

Okay...LOL 
I think Vader would have lost that fight the only reason he won was because Obi-Wan Sacrafised himself. |
